Leather armour

Leather armour is the lowest quality Ranged armour. There are no requirements to wear it. All of the pieces can be made using the Crafting skill; they are made out of tanned cowhides. Leather armour is one of the main sources of low level crafting experience for F2P players, the other being Clay items. Due to over-production of these items, they are more profitable than the latter, the Grand Exchange price has drop permanently to the Low alchemy prices respectively.

This type of armour is vulnerable to the stab Attack style. Players or monsters wielding daggers, swords, or longswords should be avoided.
