Lady Keli is a mysterious crime "lord" that has mysterious powers and features in the quests Stolen Hearts and Diamond in the Rough.
In the quests, she kidnaps Prince Ali in order to gain the Kharid-ib. She holds Prince Ali captive until the adventurer makes a trade after which she disappears. Later on in Diamond in the Rough, Lady Keli is revealed to actually be Amascut, the goddess of destruction. She is also responsible for ordering the death of the Emir, and has strong links with the Pharaoh in Menaphos.
