Lady Henryeta's necklace are taken from Lady Henryeta's dresser and handed to Sarsaparilla when setting up Philipe's quest. It is offered as one of the possible 'riches' used for the quest, the other being Sir Ceril's money pouch.
After the quest Philipe will hand them to you and you can sell them back to Lady Henryeta for 5000 coins.
