Lady Anne was a Varrockian noble in the novels Return to Canifis and Legacy of Blood. She was often accompanied by Lady Caroline, and was more than willing to manipulate people around her to get what she wants.

During Return to Canifis, she became fascinated with Sir Theodore, attempting to gain him as a husband. She turned this into a game of cat and mouse, attempting to entrap Theodore at every possible chance for herself, even using Theodore's friend, Lord William, to lure him. However, she acted with what seemed to be real feeling for Theodore, and saw him off on his way to Morytania.

Following Sulla's rise to heroism in Varrock, he chose Anne to be his wife, as promised by King Roald III. She despised him though, and only entertained him by royal decree. She stuck a warning note in his room, showing that the Kinshra wanted him dead and had him watched. He offered her a love potion, which she accepts.

After Theodore returns from Morytania, Theodore took her as a friend, despite being attracted to her. When she tried to use the potion on him, she knocked it off his hand and tells him to leave, drinking the potion for herself instead and began to feel ashamed at having tried to get him that way. She avoided him where possible after that, but continued to watch over him. Before Theodore left for the Paterdomus temple to battle the Morytanian host, they reunited and shared a bed for the night. Following the fall of Tenebra, she contacted Sulla, currently in hiding, offering peace with the Kinshra. However, Sulla ordered Jerrod to kill her instead. When her shredded body was found, Jerrod was blamed, and Theodore mourned her.
