A Kurask head is a rare drop from Kurasks. When obtained, the head must be stuffed by the Taxidermist in Canifis, which results in a Stuffed Kurask. This costs 6,000 coins. It can then be mounted in the Skill Hall of a Player-owned house, or can be exchanged along with 70 zeal points at the Soul Wars minigame for a baby kurask pet.
To mount a Kurask head, the player needs 58 Construction and 2 mahogany planks. It gives 357 Construction and 657 Slayer experience. This shows other players that Kurasks are no match for a player with the head of it in their house, and you also have the option to talk to it for a very amusing conversation.

This conversation is an obvious reference to Jeff Dunham's "Achmed the Dead Terrorist" sketch.
