Ksenia is one of the citizens of Canifis. If you are not wielding a wolfbane dagger when you attack, she will turn into a werewolf. She is more friendly if you equip a Ring of charos.

She does not play a role in any quest or minigame. She cannot be killed as part of a werewolf slayer assignment, unless she transforms into a werewolf (when attacked with any weapon besides a wolfbane dagger).
