The Kratonite spear is a Tier 4 spear found in Daemonheim, which is used in the Dungeoneering skill. The kratonite spear can only be wielded by players who have a minimum Attack level of 30.

Players can obtain the Kratonite spear with a Smithing level of 37 using 4 Kratonite bars, yielding 162 smithing experience. Kratonite spears can be poisoned inside Daemonheim using the Herblore skill.
