A Kalphite Queen head is a rare drop from the Kalphite Queen or her Exiled counterpart. It is a unique drop, so the ring of wealth will not help in getting the drop. It cannot be received by a player via LootShare, meaning it is obtained either by solo or free-for-all combat. It can be mounted in player-owned houses in the Skill Hall at level 78 Construction, but it is a one time use and it cannot be reclaimed.

Before the Kalphite Queen head can be mounted, it must be taken to the taxidermist in Canifis. She will charge 50,000 coins and turn it into a stuffed Kalphite Queen head. They can then mount it in their player-owned house using 2 mahogany planks and 2 gold leaves.
