He plays a minor role in the Biohazard quest by helping the player leave West Ardougne without alerting the mourners by using a rope ladder to climb over the wall.
After the quest, you cannot use Omart and Kilron's ladder, but the gate to the city, which was previously locked, is unlocked. This renders the ladder useless.
