The KGP ID card is a quest item that players use in Cold War. During the quest, players can obtain it from Noodle the penguin after giving him five feathers and one lump of swamp tar. It is used to gain access to the KGP headquarters on the Iceberg during the quest. Players do not need the card to access the headquarters afterwards.
Prior to the release of Hunt for Red Raktuber, all players who kept the KGP ID card from Cold War had it disappear from their banks.
