The Katagon gauntlets (Tier 8) are an item, worn in the hand slot, that can only be obtained and used while Dungeoneering. They require level 70 Defence to wear. They may be picked up from the table at the beginning of a dungeon, obtained as a drop from Forgotten warriors or Plane-freezer Lakhrahnaz, looted from chests found in dungeons, or produced using the Smithing skill.

They can be produced by using 1 Katagon bar with a hammer on an anvil, requiring level 71 Smithing and granting 73.5 smithing experience.
