Jorral starts the Making History and Meeting History quests. He can be found in his Outpost south of the Gnome Stronghold. Jorral turns the Outpost into a small museum after the Making History quest, and comtemplates time travelling after the completion of the Meeting History quest.
He also features in the Slug Menace quest, describing Mother Mallum's history.
