Jonny the beard is an NPC who appears in the Blue Moon Inn in Southern Varrock. He is a Black Arm Gang member who must be killed (and his Intel report picked up and given to Straven, the Phoenix Gang leader) if a player wishes to join the Phoenix Gang in the Shield of Arrav quest.
