A player doing the Jig emote.
Jig is one of the emotes available to all players. It originally featured the player's character jumping up and down, and alternating hands above their head.
As of the new Graphical update, it now resembles the Irish "riverstomp" dance.
This emotion comes default when you start playing RuneScape. There are no quest or skill requirements to use it. This emote does not have an enhancer. It, along with the Yes emote are the only ones where the picture does not seem to represent the action. This may be because of the previously mentioned graphical update.
