The jewelled diamond statuette is found in the Pyramid Plunder minigame from the engraved sarcophagus in the final room. It may be sold to Simon Templeton for 12,500 coins.
Only one is needed to fully charge Sceptre of the gods. It can also be used manually on to the Sceptre itself to fully recharge without the need to speak with the Guardian Mummy.
