The Javelin is a type of ranged weapon. It is not smithable, and can be bought only from the Ranging Guild and from the Pest Control minigame archery shop. Certain monsters drop different types of javelins, however, the javelin drops are usually not very common. All javelins can be poisoned for greater damaged effect. Javelins can not be poisoned with karambwan poison.

• The Hobgoblin Champion uses a javelin, but you can't tell which type.
• Javelins are very uncommonly used, and are one of the weakest ranged weapons in the game. They are commonly used as junk.
