Jaraah or The Butcher is one of the surgeons at the Duel Arena. He is called 'The Butcher' because he is known for taking off limbs in his operations. He is able to Heal you after a Duel Arena match, by right clicking on him and pressing "Heal".
Additionally, Jaraah is the answer to the anagram treasure trail clue 'AHA JAR'.
