Jadid is one of the people observing the fights at the Duel Arena. He can be found on top of the walls and is near Gnome Restaurant Customer and drunken off-duty pilot, Captain Daerkin.

It is Interesting enough to note that Jagex choose wrong names for Kharidian and Arabic NPC's, since Jadid means "New" in Arabic.
