Ivan Strom was the youngest member of The Myreque, and a holy man. He joined the Myreque at a young age, though he left after Sani Piliu was killed by Vanstrom Klause, which devastated him (this happened during the events of In Search of the Myreque. After this (during In Aid of the Myreque), he was escorted by an adventurer to Paterdomus, the Temple on the banks of the River Salve, to become a priest under Drezel, one of the last surviving members of the Saradominist Order of Paterdomus. In Legacy of Seergaze quest, Ivan Strom is seen again, disguised as a Mercenary Adventurer, who tells the player of strange happenings in Paterdomus. He then allows himself to be escorted to Burgh De Rott, whereupon he reveals his true identity and rejoins the Myreque.
Some players speculate that Ivan Strom is really Vanstrom Klause in disguise, as Ivan Strom sounds like Vanstrom-or even I, Vanstrom. However, during In Search of the Myreque, Vanstrom and Ivan were in the same room at the same time, and also, in both In Aid of the Myreque and Legacy of Seergaze, Ivan wields a Silver sickle, which, if he were a vampyre, would be physically unbearable.
