An iron ingot iii is an item used in Artisans Workshop, it's made with 12 iron ores at the smelter in the workshop and is used to make Smith's helm (iron), Smith's chestplate (iron), Smith's gauntlets (iron), and Smith's boots (iron). They can be made by using twelve iron ore on the smelter.

Smithing these bars at the Artisans Workshop into burial armour normally gives 240 experience per bar. However when following Suak's instructions they can give up to 269 experience with the quick learner reward.
