Iron arrows are the second weakest arrows in RuneScape, can be used on any ordinary bow, and are stackable. They can be created through the Fletching skill by using 15 iron arrow tips on 15 headless arrows, granting 37.5 Fletching experience. One place to get iron arrows quickly would be the at the Stronghold of Security, located in the Barbarian Village. In the first floor of the Stronghold, you can find Minotaurs, which can drop from ten to twenty-four iron arrows when killed. Free players who rather not buy iron arrows from the store will buy bronze arrows from the Grand Exchange since they are the cheapest arrows that can be bought. Bronze arrows may take several hours to buy.
Unlike Bronze arrows, iron arrows seem to sell very quickly at the Grand Exchange or on world 2 (a popular trading world), making it a popular choice to fletch for low-leveled fletchers. A very good fletching route can be done faster with a high woodcutting level. Simply, mine iron ore near the champions guild, either walk or use a canoe to smith the iron ore in lumbridge. then either walk or use the canoe to go back to the champions guild and kill some chickens to get sufficient feathers. the either walk to the anvil in Varrock or take the canoe to Barbarian village and walk east to the anvil(edgeville also possible). Cut some logs, make headless arrows and use the iron bars to make heads and then fletch the arrows. Then sell it. This gets Experience in multiple skills.
Telegrab would be a poor choice unless it permits the retrieval of over 20-25 arrows per law rune.
