Intel report is obtained during the Shield of Arrav quest and is taken from the dead Jonny the Beard. It needs to be taken to Straven for admission to Phoenix gang.

Until a recent update, there was not a destroy option but drop option for disposing the report, and it is still obtainable after the completion of the quest.

It was previously known as "Scroll" and had no read option.
