Ilfeen roams the northern area of the forest of Isafdar. She can be found in either of two places:
- The clearing just south of the quest start point for Roving Elves in the north-east quadrant.
Or:
- South of the Elf Camp (just north of the Elf musician).
Ilfeen teleports between the two locations about every four minutes, saying "I have things to do" just before she leaves.
You can talk to her and learn more about Oaknock and the Crystal saw.
Ilfeen has a deep understanding of crystals. If you have a Crystal bow or Crystal shield that has reverted to a Crystal seed, Ilfeen can enchant it back to a bow or shield for a price. The price drops each time you have a seed enchanted into a bow or shield, down to a minimum price:

You can also purchase new bows (900,000 each) and shields (750,000 each) from her without having a seed.
Ilfeen will give you the book, Crystal of seren, after you complete the Roving Elves quest. She will replace it if you lose it.
Ilfeen also says she is learning how to make Crystal halberds but hasn't quite got the melody right yet.
