Gates to Icthlarin's fortress in the Grim Underworld.
Icthlarin's fortress is the place located within the Grim Underworld where souls go after Icthlarin helped them cross the bridge accross the River Noumenon. During Nomad's Elegy, Nomad takes control of it and constructs a new god there, Gielinor. The player together with Death, Icthlarin, and four other adventurers regain control during the quest and defeat both Nomad and his creation.
