Ice troll females are most commonly found near the smaller ice troll runts. They use powerful Range attacks that hit hard (up to 177 LP) and fast. The damage dealt by these females can be reduced to a maximum hit of 20 LP by equipping a Fremennik round shield made during The Fremennik Isles. However, the shield doesn't affect the accuracy of the attacks. Their accuracy seem to neglect all defence bonuses from stats and equipment; hence, they almost always are able to deal some damage.

Ice troll females are located in four places. They are firstly, in the Jatizso mines. Next, they are found amongst hordes of other trolls on the northern isle. They also found in the northern isle cave systems (the eastern cave before The Fremennik Isles, and the western cave after). Finally, they can also be found in the Chaos Tunnels.
