Ice trolls are level 120-124 monsters that are encountered in Desert Treasure when the player is trying to get the Ice diamond from Kamil. 5 or 6 of the trolls have to be killed to gain access to the ice cave on the eastern side.

It is recommended to kill the level 124's as they have lower life points and less defence. Remember, as you are indeed beyond the ice gate, you will feel a slow drain of stats, so you will need a supply of Super restore potions or Restore potions and Prayer potions. It is not recommended to kill these monsters after you have the ice diamond, as they can hit constant 200s without protect from melee.
