The Ice Queen can be found in the Ice Queen's lair under White Wolf Mountain. The lair requires 50 Mining to enter. She is somewhat weak for her level of 110, her only method of attack being punching. The Ice Warriors nearby will become aggressive toward the player if they attack the queen, regardless of combat level. Protect from Melee or Deflect Melee will reduce the damage from the Ice queen and her minions. The queen has no weakness, but magic and melee are advisable over ranged since she fights with melee.

Her drop, the Ice Gloves, are an item used in several quests, notably Heroes' Quest, Recipe for Disaster, and Desert Treasure.

She can sometimes be hard to find in the maze of passages under White Wolf Mountain.
