The Ice Queen can be found in the Ice Queen's lair, under the White Wolf Mountain. She is a somewhat powerful level 111, however, the area is multi combat. The Ice Warriors will be aggressive toward the player. Since the Ice Queen is an ice-based enemy, she is vulnerable to fire spells.
Her only drop, the Ice Gloves, is a quest item used not only in the Heroes Quest, but also several other quests, notably Recipe for Disaster, and suggested in Desert Treasure.

- When attempting to defeat an Ice Queen, if a player stands to the Eastern side of the Queen's throne, the surrounding, and most likely pursuing, Ice Warriors will not be able to continue following the player, while the player can still be set in a position to attack the Ice Queen.
- Dying in her lair will cause the gravestone to not appear.
- She appears to be wearing a 3rd age platebody.
- She bears similar resemblance to the Queen of Snow, from the 2007, 2008 and 2009 Christmas event.
