The Honey badger is a level 32 Summoning familiar. It is summoned by using a honey badger pouch, which will yield 1.6 Summoning experience. When used in combat, it will grant you strength experience. The components are: 1 empty pouch, 84 spirit shards, 1 crimson charm, and 1 honeycomb.

The Honey badger's special ability, Insane Ferocity, has chance of causing the badger to strike with two quick attacks, similar to the spirit dagannoth's special ability.
