The Holly bow was used During 2007 Christmas event to make a Snow ranger. It had holly leaves on its tips.
This item could be obtained at the Land of Snow. First players had to talk to the snow queen. Then they could make a snowman out of 30 snowballs and add the bow to the snowman to create a snow ranger. The snowman would then attack other snowmen. Players could heal it by throwing snowballs to the snowman. Once players had made snowmen, they could talk to the snow queen again to receive a snow globe. Shaking the snow globe gives the player an inventory-load of snowballs.
This event is now over. You can't get snow globes again unless you have already own one and lost it, in which case you can talk to Diango in Draynor Village to get it back. There currently is no way to acquire holly bows.
