The High Priest of Icthlarin is a priest of the Menaphite people. The current priest lives in Menaphos.
The High Priest of Icthlarin dedicates his life to the worship of Icthlarin, the Menaphite god of the dead. However, he does not appear in-game as of yet due to Menaphos's quarantine.
Despite the city's quarantine, the High Priest has maintained correspondence with Reldo of Varrock. In Reldo's comments on the Tumeken's Dream lored in the official RuneScape website, Reldo mentions their correspondence.[1]
