Hengel is found opposite the Witch's house in Rimmington. A player can ask him for free stuff, but after a very long dialogue, he will only give you 1-3 coins. Therefore, begging from Hengel is not an effective way to make money. He will also give directions if you ask for some. In his room is a bronze scimitar respawn and another level 2 woman called Anja, who has the same dialogue options. His room downstairs also has a bronze pickaxe required for the mining skill.
