Healer lvl 2 is an item worn in the cape slot while playing Barbarian Assault. It shows a player's healer level by creating a green circle around them with the healer symbol and a gold Roman numeral 2. It cannot be removed or interacted with in any way besides examining it. When a game of Barbarian Assault finishes, the icon is removed.
Having level 2 in the Healer role allows players to heal 150 life points per healing vial.
