The Healer hat is a piece of member's only armour. To wear the hat the player must have at least 45 Defence. The healer hat can be obtained by exchanging 275 Honour Points in each role from the Barbarian Assault minigame. The defence bonuses are slightly less than a Farseer helm, although it has an equal magic attack bonus, so it can be a good alternative.
