A Trophy Head is a rare drop from a specific monster. When obtained, it must be taken to the Taxidermist in Canifis to stuff. Once it's stuffed, it can then be hung in a POH using the Construction skill. The only actual non-head item is the Crawling hand but it behaves exactly the same way so it is included in the category.

When hung on the wall, the head can be spoken to. Each head has a different conversation, usually intended for humour.
