The Hati cloak is an item obtainable by killing Hati in the 2012 Winter event. This item is purely cosmetic and does not yield any bonuses at all. However, if you possessed Hati paws in 2011, energy would flow from the cloak and recharge them. This also works if you don't have them in your inventory or have even destroyed it. When you reclaim the paws from the Fremennik citizen it would be fully charged. Hati appeared during winter 2011 and currently appears in 2012 for one month, though the cloak is only a possible drop when killed in 2012.
It is replaced by the Fremennik citizen if lost during the 2012 Winter event.
