Hat (class 1) is a piece of magic armour made in the Stealing Creation minigame. It has no requirements to wear. To make it, one piece of class 1 sacred clay needs to be used on a creation kiln.
Just like all other Stealing Creation items, this item can only be created and used within the minigame. It will disappear when a player leaves the game.
