Harpoon Joe's House of 'Rum' is a pub owned by Harpoon Joe, located in the pirate town of Mos Le'Harmless. The shop sells various alcoholic beverages. The Other Inn is more popular however due to the fact of more personalities being present there, a resting location and more prominent location. The upper floors of both pubs are connected by an external boardwalk.

The only personality of note on the ground floor is Harpoon Joe himself. Not much is known about how Harpoon Joe lost his arm but players can ask him and he mentions a storm and an albatross before the player's character rudely interrupts him to make a joke.

On the upper floor, Brass Hand Harry and 50 Ships Mufassah can be found. They both play a role in the quest Rocking Out.

The pub also has a hidden basement, which can only be accessed during and after the quest A Clockwork Syringe. This can be accessed by attempting to sit in the chair in the corner and asking Joe for 'A Long Drop'. The basement is used by Bill Teach as a hideout during the quest, and as a location to interrogate the zombie head. After the quest, Bill can be spoken to in the basement in order to re-obtain a lost pirate spell sheet.

Braindeath 'rum'[]

This 'rum' is made by mixing sluglings, a spider carcass, and stagnant water. It temporarily raises a player's Mining and Smithing levels by one, similar to a dwarven stout.

Trivia[]

  • It shares its stock with The Other Inn.
