Price HistoryEdit

• These boots were released with the Evolution of Combat and steadily rose after the new year.  Until some time in March of 2013 they were unobtainable, making them high in price. By March 4th, they had broken the 12000 mark. After which, they began a steady decline, falling to 6076 by March 18th. By this time, their street value was around 400gp (hence the drastic fall on the GE). With the anti-gambling update, Jagex also manually dropped the price of these boots to 550gp on the GE.
• Due to the relatively high High Alchemy price of these boots compared to the rest of the Hard leather set, a good way to make money while training Crafting and Magic is to buy Hard Leathers from the Grand Exchange (usually around 400gp), crafting hard leather boots and casting High Alchemy on them, resulting in 60-100gp profit per Hard leather boots.
