Hard leather is used in the Crafting skill to make hardleather body. It can be created by giving a cowhide and 3 coins to a tanner. A tanner can be found in Al-Kharid, the Ranging Guild, and the Crafting Guild. A hard leather can be made into hardleather body at 28 Crafting if a player has a needle and thread, granting 35 Crafting experience. This body can't be made into a Studded body, this is done with the soft leather body.
