Hammer detail

A Hammer is a tool that players use primarily for Smithing and Construction. It is also used in many quests, such as in Dragon Slayer and Aid of the Myreque (used to hammer in nails), and in Animal Magnetism (used to make a magnet). Because it can be added to the toolbelt, players need not carry one in their inventory except for when it has to be handed to someone, such as in The Great Brain Robbery wherein the player must give a hammer to Dr Fenkenstrain as part of the supplies he needs.

If a player wishes to acquire a hammer, it can be bought from most general stores for 13 coins. One can also found upstairs at the Falador forge and in a crate near Lumbridge's furnace. Also, if the player has a player-owned house, they may retrieve an infinite supply of hammers from the Tool store 1 in their Workshop.
