Grounding boots can be dropped by Jellies within Daemonheim. They require 83 Defence and Ranged to wear.

They used to give very good magic resistance (+30) which was higher than the Tier 11 boots, that only gave +26. With the Evolution of Combat and its normalisation of gear stats, these boots are no longer remarkable.
