A Ground tooth is made by using a suqah tooth with a pestle and mortar, awarding the player with 1 Herblore experience. It is used in farming as part of the payment for protecting a spirit tree, along with five monkey nuts and a monkey bar. Ground tooth is also used in the making of the Waking Sleep Potion during the Lunar Diplomacy quest. The ground tooth is not tradeable and suqah teeth may only be obtained by killing suqah on Lunar Isle. According to Yulf Squecks, many gnomes enjoy eating this item as well. It can be assumed that gnomes use this tooth as a recreational drug due to the suspicous look the gnome farmers give you when you ask about their use and the fact that the Waking Sleep Potion causes you to hallucinate.
