Ground charcoal is a members-only item. It is obtained by grounding normal charcoal with a pestle and mortar. It has no use, except in The Dig Site quest where it is necessary to make Chemical compound (along with nitroglycerin, ammonium nitrate and arcenia root) to blow up bricks blocking the path below the digsite.
