Gregorovic, also known as The Faceless One, is the general of Sliske's army in the Heart of Gielinor. Gregorovic was a fatally ill human of the Fourth Age who was desperate to avoid death. In the hope of prolonging his life, he captured some of the few Cywir elves living in Gielinor and employed torturous experiments to unsuccessfully extract the secret of their long lifespan.

When this failed, he sought out the Mahjarrat Sliske in the Barrows, and offered him his soul in return for eternal life. Sliske accepted his offer, but questioned whether Gregorovic had thought his proposal through. Sliske then killed Gregorovic and resurrected him in a monstrous new form resembling a macabre jester with an insatiable yearning to consume. Sliske informed him that his new form is imbued with powerful shadow magic.

Gregorovic was shocked by his appearance, but Sliske added that to maintain this form, he must consume other beings, and by doing so, would become more powerful. He submitted to Sliske, swearing loyalty to him for helping him avoid death and becoming more powerful at the same time. At some point, Gregorovic came across and killed a fury, causing her sisters to seek vengeance for her death.

When The Heart was discovered, Gregorovic was one of the five generals to arrive. Helwyr and the Twin Furies both swore revenge on him for the deaths he had caused. He then summons Sliske's wights to claim the Heart in his name.

Gregorovic makes an appearance in Sliske's Endgame, where he is summoned by Sliske to kill the player alongside undead Nomad and Linza the Disgraced, using many of the same abilities as he does in the Heart.

During the fight with Gregorovic, Akrisae the Doomed with one million life points may rarely appear and start attacking the player. The conditions required for this to happen are unknown.

Trivia

As a human, Gregorovic wears the gothic jacket, cabaret legs, revolutionary hat and sunglass monocles. This is an outfit that players are unable to replicate as both the sunglass monocles and revolutionary hat are head slot items, and cannot be worn at the same time.
Gregorovic's design was inspired by Voldo from the video game series Soul.
- As a human he resembles Walter White from Breaking Bad, including being terminally ill and being willing to use science for unethical purposes.
In a Developer Q&A about Heart of Gielinor, Gregorovic was quoted as being "not needed" by Sliske until now.
In the concept art Gregorovic is referred to as "the Mannequin".
After killing Gregorovic, the Adventurer's Log will say: "I killed the blade wielding terror, Gregorovic." Killing more than one Gregorovic results in the Adventurer's Log saying: "I killed # Gregorovics, all blade wielding terrors."
Gregorovic's combat level randomly changes anywhere from 1-1000 during the course of the fight; this does not seem to affect his actual strength in any way.
As of 19 December 2016, Gregorovic is the highest-levelled quest boss at level 1000, when he fights alongside Nomad (the previous titleholder) and Linza the Disgraced at the end of Sliske's Endgame.
In the lobby area in an instance, if no one enters the instance, Gregorovic will repeatedly say "I'm so lonely." until someone enters the arena.
Gregorovic's weapon, the Shadow Glaive, is based on the weapon from the British film Krull.
