Greenman's Ale is an ale that can be brewed with the Cooking skill at level 29, granting 281 experience. 4 Harralander herbs are needed to make this, and it heals 1 hitpoint, as well as raising Herblore by 1 for a short period of time at the cost of decreases in attack, strength and defence. It is a necessary item for the beginning quest of Recipe for Disaster.
It can also be bought from the bartender in Yanille for 10gp, at the Lighthouse and from Rasolo.
The stronger sort of Greenman's Ale is the Mature Greenman's ale.
At level 26 construction and level 29 cooking a player using 8 glasses of Greenman's ale and 3 oak planks can make a beer barrel in their player-owned house kitchen that gives unlimited glasses of Greenman's ale.
Servants such as Rick and Maids can serve this ale if the player selects Drinks under the Serve option.
