A Grave creeper staff can only be found in Daemonheim during Dungeoneering and requires 90 Magic to wield. At complexity level 3+ and level 98 Fletching the staff can be made by using a knife on Grave creeper branches, giving 203.4xp.

Wielding this staff provides infinite elemental runes of all types including air runes, meaning that a player has infinite casts of every elemental attack spell and does not need a blastbox or a surgebox for casting.

It is the only staff which can be used to create an Empowered catalytic staff (at 99 Runecrafting).
