Graphical updates

Graphical updates are updates to non-player characters, monsters, areas, items, interfaces, etc. A notable graphic improvement update is the release of RuneScape High Detail, which took place on 1 July 2008. Many, though smaller, graphical updates to various things on RuneScape happened after that. NPCs or monsters featured in a newly released quest, for example, may receive an improvement to their look. Jagex also frequently releases Animation Packs, in which various items and their animations may be updated. Remember that the pages contain graphical improvements, and not SD → HD comparisons. Also images of RuneScape Classic should not be added.
Some major graphics changes to various things are listed below, with left of the arrow the old, and the updated look to the right (Before → After).
