The Gorgonite spear is a Tier 9 item from Daemonheim used in the Dungeoneering skill. Like all spears other than the Zamorakian spear and Vesta's spear, this spear can be poisoned using herblore's poisonous potions. It requires 80 attack to wield.

Players with 87 Smithing can make the spear by using four Gorgonite bars on an anvil with a hammer in their inventory, earning 342 Smithing experience. It can also be received as a drop from World-gorger Shukarhazh, Forgotten warriors in Gorgonite armour, or level 116 hobgoblins.
