God staves

The God staves are potentially the most powerful staves in RuneScape, for although their Magic attack bonus is not as good as other staves, they are the only staves which allow the player to cast the God spells. As an exception, the Void Knight Mace can cast the god spell Claws of Guthix. They must be used 100 times within the Mage Arena before a player can use them to cast the spell outside. The spell does NOT have to hit the target, it can splash, as long as you have spent the runes for 100 casts then the spell will become fully "charged" and able to be used outside the arena. These spells can now be autocast through the spellbook - however, a God staff must still be wielded in order to allow the spell casting.
